It has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures such as password protection and firewalls. CTS regularly reviews and updates these measures according to needs and technological advancements.

In the event of a security breach that accidentally or unlawfully results in the destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access to Personal Data, CTS will inform the relevant authorities without undue delay, and where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by applicable law. CTS will also inform the affected data subject, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

Despite the security measures adopted by CTS, users are advised to take additional security steps, such as maintaining an active firewall, regularly changing personal passwords, and updating antivirus and anti-spyware software, as applicable.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

As part of its operations, CTS may use third parties to provide certain services. These third parties may be located within or outside the European Union. In some cases, the provision of these services may require these entities to access users’ Personal Data.

When this occurs, CTS ensures that these entities are reputable and offer high-level data protection assurances. These guarantees will be included and protected in a written contract between CTS and the third party(ies).

Any subcontracted entity will process Personal Data on behalf of CTS and is obliged to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against destruction, loss, alteration, dissemination, unauthorized access, or any other form of unlawful processing.

In all cases, CTS remains responsible for the processing of Personal Data.

Where necessary, in the context of contracting third parties, Personal Data may be transferred outside the European Union, in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent

The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their personal data, and the controller is obligated to delete them when one of the following applies: the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; the data subject withdraws consent where consent was the legal basis; or the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds.
